Kit previously served as General Counsel to a group of several affiliated entities in the Pittsburgh area. He has worked with many private business owners, developers, contractors and sub-contractors as well as labor organizations, banks and lenders, municipalities and governmental agencies.

Mr. Pettit handles matters in the Business Law and Bankruptcy areas at Bernstein Law Firm where he concentrates his practice in corporate, partnership, transactional and construction law.
